What makes this soup go to the next level is our discovery of the frozen noodles. Reames frozen noodles take a while to cook but they don’t keep forever expanding like regular noodles.
It is a pretty simple recipe
carrots, celery, and onion sautéed with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add a bit of turmeric. You could also add parsley if you feel like it. Then add the chicken stock and the noodles. Add the cooked chicken towards the end. If cooking the chicken while making the soup then add it with the noodles. We think it tastes best in our Polish mugs for soup. Depending on who you are you might like it with croissants or a side of cheese toast or just it by itself.

Chicken Noodle Soup
Ingredients
- 2 carrots chopped
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 bag of frozen noodles
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- melt butter
- saute, onion, carrots, and celery
- add spices and broth and bring to boil
- add noodles and cook on low for thirty minutes
- debone chicken and chop up. add it to the soup.
