Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 6 cups chicken stock
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 bag of frozen noodles
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  • melt butter
  • saute, onion, carrots, and celery
  • add spices and broth and bring to boil
  • add noodles and cook on low for thirty minutes
  • debone chicken and chop up. add it to the soup.
