This recipe has been around my family for as long as the stuffed mushrooms. The key is to leave them in the oven way longer than you think. If not they will collapse once you take them out. I am talking golden brown all over and not just a little brown.

Cream Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- FILLING
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pkg vanilla pudding
- HOT FUDGE
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 square semi sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Heat water and butter to a boil.
- Stir in flour over low hear until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat
- Add eggs and beat until smooth
- Drop about 1/4 cup of dough on to an uncreased cookie sheet
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool away a draft
- Filling prepare 1 box vanilla pudding. Can fill cooled creme puffs with a pipping tool or cut in half and fill if you are in a hurry
- Hot Fudge Sauce
- Melt butter and chocolate
- mix in sugar and milk then stop stirring
- Boil until it reaches "soft ball". Then immediately remove from heat
- Spoon over desired dessert
