Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • FILLING
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pkg vanilla pudding
  • HOT FUDGE
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 square semi sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Heat water and butter to a boil.
  • Stir in flour over low hear until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat
  • Add eggs and beat until smooth
  • Drop about 1/4 cup of dough on to an uncreased cookie sheet
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool away a draft
  • Filling prepare 1 box vanilla pudding. Can fill cooled creme puffs with a pipping tool or cut in half and fill if you are in a hurry
  • Hot Fudge Sauce
  • Melt butter and chocolate
  • mix in sugar and milk then stop stirring
  • Boil until it reaches "soft ball". Then immediately remove from heat
  • Spoon over desired dessert
