Since my earliest memories these were served at parties. They may not be the fanciest in the world but they are tasty. I think it might be good to put on a grate so they don’t sit in their juices. Give them a try.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 lbs med to large mushrooms
Instructions
- wash mushrooms and remove stems
- saute sausage, onion, and garlic
- drain and mix with sour cream
- fill mushroom caps
- bake at 400 for 5 minutes until mushrooms are juicy. Serve warm
