Since my earliest memories these were served at parties. They may not be the fanciest in the world but they are tasty. I think it might be good to put on a grate so they don’t sit in their juices. Give them a try.

Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 lbs med to large mushrooms

Instructions

  • wash mushrooms and remove stems
  • saute sausage, onion, and garlic
  • drain and mix with sour cream
  • fill mushroom caps
  • bake at 400 for 5 minutes until mushrooms are juicy. Serve warm
