Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients

ground sausage
1
onion chopped
1
garlic clove, minced
1
cup
sour cream
2
lbs
med to large mushrooms
Instructions
wash mushrooms and remove stems
saute sausage, onion, and garlic
drain and mix with sour cream
fill mushroom caps
bake at 400 for 5 minutes until mushrooms are juicy. Serve warm
