Eileen's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 package 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups mashed bananas
  • 1 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions

  • preheat over to 350 degrees
  • spray two small bundt cake
  • combine sugar, oil, and eggs. Mix well
  • add banana and mix well
  • add remaining ingredients
  • our mixture into loaf pans
  • bake for approx. 55 minutes
