Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
  • for our pan we use 1/3 cup measuring cup for each crepe. No oil is needed
