This is a quick and easy side. Cute up carrots into semi equal size chunks and place on skillet. Add 1-2 tbsp butter and 1/2 cup water. Place lid on skillet and cook on high for several minutes. Remove lid and add a spoonful or two of brown sugar and some salt. Continue to cook and stir until carrots are desired consistency. Super easy and yummy.
